Help Harley-Quinn Find Safety and Justice

Heartbreaking Update:

Dear friends, family, and supporters,

Despite the brave and ongoing fight for protection, my goddaughter Harley was forcibly returned today to the very home where she has suffered abuse. This is a cruel and heartbreaking outcome, not only for her safety and well-being, but for the integrity of justice itself.

For a year, her family has been fighting in court, advocating tirelessly to keep her safe and heard. She has spoken out courageously, and yet today, the system failed her. The trauma of being taken back into the hands of her abusers is unimaginable. No child should be forced to return to a place where they are unsafe. No child’s voice should be ignored like this.

This fight is far from over. We are committed to doing everything in our power to bring her back to safety and continue holding her abuser accountable. Legal fees, trauma therapy, advocacy, these battles are ongoing and we cannot face them alone.

For those who don’t know me, I’m Emy.

I am a mother of two amazing girls and God mother of one wonderful ball of chaos. Her name is Harley-Quinn. I am here today on her behalf.

Harley has conveyed the possibility of abuse while with her mother but needs legal representation while it is being investigated. We have tried self representing and found the legal landscape to be too difficult to navigate without help.

We have had an evidentiary hearing in hopes that her pleas would be heard alongside the many people that support her and have stood witness, just for her cries for help to be dismissed on the basis of her mother telling the court that she is lying and likes to tell stories. All the while there is an open investigation, and this has been brought to the court before to no avail.

Now she's being forced to return to the place where she alleges abuse with no protection in place, while these happenings still persist and we are losing hope.

Harley was not only afraid of returning back to her home in Virginia, but now anticipates the retaliation she may be exposed to there.

Her father fought bravely representing himself on behalf of his daughter, trying to give her a voice the system is trying to take from her. We are asking for any donations to help her father so he can continue fighting for his daughter, and keep her home to us in Vegas where she feels loved, and most importantly safe, and of course if funds are not feasible, please share so we can reach as many people as we can.
