Harley Wyman is my brother, and he’s facing one of the toughest battles of his life. Recently, Harley was diagnosed with leukemia. The illness caused blood clots in his leg, and despite every effort, he had to have his leg his amputated from the kneecap down. This has been a heartbreaking and overwhelming time for Harley and his wife, trish as they adjust to a new reality and prepare for the long road ahead.

Harley’s journey is far from over. He and his wife will need to travel from their home in Maine to Boston for ongoing treatments. On top of the medical challenges, they now face the urgent need for a wheelchair, a wheelchair ramp, and a safe shower to help Harley regain some independence at home. The costs of these essential items, along with travel expenses for his treatments, are more than they can manage alone.
