Help Harley Recover from His Accident

Hello everyone, for what some of you already know. I had a little accident with Harley yesterday. As we were going for a ride on a very beautiful day, Harley was getting some air from the window. Well that’s when he decided to jump out the car while we were driving then was hit by another car. As I thought he has already died, as I was putting him in the car I felt him breathing so I rushed him to tufts university in Grafton to get whatever care for him we could to help him live. As he is doing ok ant the moment he is not out of the woods yet. The vet wanted to keep him especially over night possibly a few nights for observation for any neurological issues since he hit his head. Unfortunately the cost is way more than what Sherry and I can afford. I am asking for help on this one from family and friends cause Harley is a good boy, only 7 months old and still has a whole life to live. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
