Hi I’m Katherine McDowell Harley Smith’s Mum. Harley has been fighting Huntington’s disease for 11 years well above doctors expected 7-10 years he has been fortunate to tick a fair few things off his bucket list but his most desired one has yet to be achieved.

Harley has always dreamed of going to America Disneyland see the lights on Vegas and Hawaii to be exact.

As of late Harley has declined a lot and that dream is now looking impossible..time is no longer on his side and if it could happen it needs to be soon before his quality of life is gone.

Harley has always dreamed of this perfect holiday of going to Disneyland with his family and seeing where the stars live, he thinks Vegas lights are amazing and would love to see first hand and Hawaii to him seems like a movie set it looks that good…. his words.

Harley just loves life and has the best attitude throughout all the challenges he endures he can always manage to find the silver lining in everything and smile.
