My name is Harley, and I’m facing a critical situation due to mounting medical and living expenses. After losing my apartment two months following Janeene’s passing last July, I found myself with nowhere to go and have since been residing in a care facility. Unfortunately, due to ongoing health issues and a delay in communication about my Medicare payments, I now owe a significant amount to the facility. Despite being bedbound, I am being threatened with eviction, and no other facility will accept me while I have this outstanding debt. The administration has also warned that I could lose my Medicaid and Medicare coverage, which would leave me without essential care and support.

I receive monthly support from Medicare, with most of it expected to go directly to the facility. However, after Janeene’s passing, there was a delay in updating my payment arrangement, which led to this debt accumulating. I urgently need help to pay for my current stay and reduce my arrears so I can maintain my payments and hopefully relocate to a new facility. On top of this, I've been struggling with other bills, obviously, as well as making sure I get food that I can eat without undue discomfort. Lactose intolerance, low fat, and low sugar is how I have to eat.

Your support would mean the world to me right now. Any donation will help me resolve this financial crisis, secure stable housing, and regain some peace of mind during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for considering a contribution to help me get back on my feet.

This picture is of everything I've lost and what I have left. I lost Janeene, Sasha, and our home. I still have Betsy - but she's at my brother's place living with him and his wife, his two teenaged daughters who spoil her, and two canine siblings in the form of my brother's two Boston Terriers, Junior and Millie.

I need to start over again, but I can't do that sitting on this mountain of nonsense, as well as not knowing how stable my current situation is.

Any money donated will go to paying my current month bill first, arrears second, and other bills third.

Thank you all so very much.
