Help Happy Mediums Open our Restaurant!

Happy Mediums is a pop-up started by Bonnie Hernandez and Shea Montanez, mid pandemic, out of our Echo Park home. We have since moved to Redlands, where we have been delighted to weave ourself into such a supportive and encouraging community. We are so grateful for the opportunity to share our love for feeding people and to receive lots of love in return.

After over 3 years of working hard to grow and operate as a pop-up, we are finally ready to open our very own restaurant! We have now partnered up with Sean Readman- a talented chef and awesome dude, who grew up here in the IE. We couldn't be happier to have him alongside us as we embark on this new adventure.

We have taken over the old Village Bread space in Calimesa, and we have spent the past several months juggling all the projects and putting in plenty of elbow grease to make it our very own. Now that we are in the home stretch, we could really use your support!

We appreciate any and every little bit of help we can get, and sharing this fundraiser and getting people excited to come visit us once we open is also so so so helpful!
