At 4:21 AM, May 28th, 2021, the van that I live in was hit by a driver who left his car at the scene and fled on foot. He hit both driver's sidewheels and caused $3,000 worth of damage and $500 in towing fees. He did not have insurance and I only had liability insurance. Any help would be very much appreciated!
