My name is Hannan Osman. I’m 18 years old, and I just finished sixth form in Nairobi, Kenya. I was excited and preparing to start university to study software engineering—something I’ve dreamed about for years. But everything changed when I suddenly fell ill.
What I thought was simple fatigue turned out to be Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a fast-growing blood cancer. My blood tests showed extremely low red cells and platelets, and dangerously high leukemia cells. The doctors explained that I need urgent treatment, including chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and possibly a bone marrow transplant.
The cost of this treatment is far more than my family can afford on our own.
I’m fighting to hold on to my future—a future I worked so hard for—but I can’t do it alone.
Your support, through donations or sharing this page, can help me get the life-saving treatment I need.
Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during the hardest moment of my life.
