Hi, my name is Hannah. I'm reaching out for help after my first hand experience of the recent Northern Michigan ice storm. For the last 5 days, my entire town has been without power, and this has caused serious challenges for me.

I live paycheck to paycheck, and without power, I've been unable to work for the past 4 days. The storm not only left me without power but also caused my last $60 worth of groceries to spoil — food I desperately needed.

Between the loss of work and the financial inability to replace the food I lost, I’m feeling completely overwhelmed and uncertain about how to move forward. The storm's devastation has put me in a difficult position where I need immediate help to cover basic needs, including replacing my food and paying bills.
