Hi, my name is Rose and I'm reaching out to you in hopes of offering support to Hannah and Sage.

As most of you know, in 2019 during road trip, Hannah rescued sweet Sage from a parking lot on the Mexico/New Mexico border. Since then, these two have travelled thousands of miles together, working and living in some of Canada's remote communities. To witness their love has been such a gift and inspiration to us all.

Sadly, during a routine walk yesterday, Sage collapsed, stopped breathing, and had to be rushed to the emergency vet in Victoria where she still remains. After extensive tests, sweet Sage has been diagnosed with two very challenging and life-threatening conditions, both of which, she's likely had since a puppy and have now only manifested into a health crisis.

Hannah received an initial quote of $4500 for emergency vet bills, and an additional $5000+ for upcoming medication, blood work, and hospital stays if Sage pulls through the next 72hrs.
