Help Hannah Kick Chondrosarcoma (again!)

Donation protected
Hi everyone! As most of you may already know, I am a 2 time Sarcoma (bone cancer) survivor, but for those of you who don’t know my story, here goes nothing. In the spring of 2015 I was experiencing some pain in my right hip area. I graduated high school, went off to college and while there, the pain grew more and more in intensity. It got to the point where I couldn’t take myself to class, and when I did I couldn’t sit long enough or pay attention, I couldn’t get to the cafeteria to eat, and I couldn’t sleep for more than a few hours at night. Thanksgiving rolled around and I came home and went to see my doctor who ordered an X-ray. Sunday night I went back to school and Monday morning I got a phone call saying they found “a mass” and I needed to come home immediately for an MRI. Wednesday morning I got my MRI, and by Wednesday afternoon I had a diagnosis: cancer. Thursday I was in Boston talking to my (fantastic) oncologist where I was told I have stage 2 chondrosarcona. It was a tumor (later named Roxy) the size of a softball growing off of my superior pubic ramus. Within a week it was taken out with what we thought was a healthy margin so it wouldn’t reoccur. Until about a year later when some pain came back. Back to Boston I went to be told it was still in my bone and in January 2017, I had my entire bone removed. That recovery was very long, very painful, and very emotional. I have had nothing but an amazing support system by my side, and they continue to stick with me through the new bump I found about a month ago. Last week I went down to Boston and saw my oncologist again who is going back in to remove my golf ball sized tumor (named Lee, short for Leave) off of my abdominal wall. I’m asking you for assistance again in helping pay for even a small part of my medical bills that have accumulated through the past 4.5 years of my life. Anything helps and everything is appreciated. I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart as I embark on my third major surgery to kick cancers ass!
