On Saturday, December 20, 2025, Hannah & Jorge’s sweet Benito started having seizures and was transferred to Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, where they are still at currently. His seizures have an unknown source at this time, but doctors are working hard to find the cause.

Hannah is a devoted nurse for Covenant, and Jorge works in the oilfield. They also have Benito’s twin brother and older sister at home. Right now, both are not working so they can stay by Benito’s side. Once discharged, he will be on medication long-term, will need oxygen supplies at home in the event that a new seizure occurs, and will require frequent visits to his neurologist in Dallas, TX.

We are setting up this GoFundMe to help Hannah and Jorge with any and all costs of Benito’s care and so they can stay by his side. Anything helps and will be appreciated.
