Help Hank survive

Hi my name is Leah Dallmer. My 11 year old cat Hank has a blockage, he is not able to urinate and he has blood dripping from his private area. I am in desperate need of help to save him! I can not get him to eat or drink and I know he is very dehydrated. I do not want to surrender him, I do not want to euthanize him. I want him to survive! I have had him since he was a tiny baby kitten. If anyone can please help I will be so grateful! My plan is to take him to VEG emergency hospital ASAP. They quoted me $2,000 to unblock him, which is not including any other costs! I need Hank to survive, he was perfectly healthy until this!
