Help Hank Heal: A Second Chance for a Sweet Soul

Meet Hank – a gentle, five-year-old dog who has known more pain than love in his short life. Hank was brought to us by a lovely rescuer who rescued him from an abusive and neglectful environment, severely underweight, frightened, and unsure of the world around him. Despite his trauma, Hank is incredibly sweet and just wants to be loved. We are fostering him with the hope of preparing him for the forever home he truly deserves.

But Hank needs help to heal – and we can’t do it alone.

What Hank Needs:

Basic veterinary care including vaccinations and neutering

Nutritional support to safely bring him back to a healthy weight

Medical attention for likely issues with his feet, which may require surgery

Training and behavioral support to help him overcome fear and anxiety

Ongoing socialization and rehabilitation to prepare him for adoption

Our Goal:

We are aiming to raise $1000 to cover Hank’s immediate medical needs and behavioral care. Every dollar helps and goes directly to giving this sweet boy a second chance at life. Anything that is left over will be directly donated to the rescue that helped him, although it's unlikely there will be.
