Hi, my name is Erin (friends call me Rin) and I'm trying to help my two dear friends get to safety. I'm in Colorado, USA. All money received will go straight to Ahmed and Hamada. (The photos are of Hamada with the flag, and Ahmed in red)
Help Two Friends Escape War in Gaza and Rebuild Their Lives
We are Hamada and Ahmed, two close friends living in Gaza — a place that has become one of the most dangerous places to survive in today’s world.
Every day, we face the harsh reality of war: the constant threat of airstrikes, severe shortages of food and water, and the complete collapse of daily life. There is no safety, no future, and no freedom.
We are both young men with dreams. Ahmed is a student who wants to finish his education and build a future. I (Hamada) was a teacher, and I hope to continue my career in education. We share the same hope — to leave Gaza, rebuild our lives, and pursue our goals in peace.
Our plan is simple: get out, start fresh, and become active members of a society that allows us to live with dignity.
We are not asking for charity — we are asking for a chance.
The funds we raise will go directly toward:
Travel and visa expenses
Basic living needs once we leave
Helping Ahmed complete his studies
Building a safe, stable life away from war
We are just two friends with aligned plans and the same dream: to survive this war and start again.
Every dollar you give brings us closer to safety and freedom. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing our story. Your support — in any form — truly means the world to us.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for believing in a better future.
With hope,
Hamada & Ahmed

That would be around:
- my degree will be $3000 ... I'm in debt for the university for that amount of money.
- getting out, last time fees were $5000 per person.
- and having some money IDK the exact amount but I think something around $5000 would be good enough.
- surviving needs calculations with time, but the minimum to sustain the monthly needs right now is so high, but calculating around $400/month for the very necessary things (flour, water, some pasta maybe or rice) would be good
That's my side, Hamada has his needs too, which are around the same ... As most of the money is actually just per person kind of thing
