Help Ham Heal : Medical Costs for FDNY Rescue Pup

Hi everyone meet Hammer, affectionately called Ham or Hammy.

On Tuesday night in the South Bronx he was found bloody, bit, and torn up tied to a fence. His leash was tied so high he couldn’t even lay down. He was taken to FDNY at Connor’s firehouse where he was given a place to rest his head, some food and a good bath.

Now this sweet baby is at home with us, Connor and Cara, and has been able to catch up on a lot of sleep! He is such a sweet boy who just loves ear scratchies and kisses on the nose. The true definition of a love bug. He’s been taken to an excellent veterinary and received medical treatment for all of his wounds, medication, all of his shots and blood work and will soon need to be neutered. Any donations would be so appreciated (doesn’t even matter how small) to help alleviate this unexpected cost. Everything is going towards Hammy’s medical. We’re unsure if this is forever or fostering but regardless we are giving Ham all of his needed medical treatment to make sure he is on the best road to recovery and can start to thrive!
