In the heart of Gaza, Halima and her husband, Diaa, are struggling to keep their three young children alive. Their days are filled with hunger, thirst, and fear — and now, with winter approaching, the cold is setting in. They live in a fragile makeshift tent with no warmth, no blankets, and no protection from the freezing winds that sweep through the nights.

Halima and Diaa are not asking for much. They are pleading for the basics: food to feed their children, clean water to drink, and warm clothing to keep them from freezing. They dream of peace — even a small moment of relief — after months of suffering under the relentless violence and deprivation that have devastated Gaza.
