Help Haley Heal from Life-Threatening Illness
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I’m reaching out to share the story of my amazing sister, Haley Edmunds, who is in the fight of her life. For over a year, Haley has battled gastroparesis, extreme vomiting, and malnutrition that have taken a devastating toll on her health. Despite her strength and resilience, last weekend brought her closest brush with tragedy when she suffered a perforated bowel and nearly lost her life.
Haley is currently in the ICU, recovering from emergency surgery. She is on a wound vac and faces a long, challenging road to healing. Years of illness and malnutrition have also severely damaged her teeth, and she is in desperate need of dentures to regain her ability to eat, speak, and smile without pain.
Haley is not just fighting for herself—she’s fighting for her family. She is a devoted mother to five children, including 11-year-old twins, and a proud grandmother to five grandchildren under the age of three. Her love and light mean everything to her family, and we are determined to help her heal so she can be there for her children and grandkids for years to come.
The financial burden of this journey is overwhelming. Between the ICU care, surgeries, ongoing treatments, and the cost of dentures, Haley is facing enormous medical expenses. She will also need support with in-home care and other essentials during her recovery.
We are humbly asking for your help to support Haley during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go toward:
Medical expenses, including ICU care, surgeries, and follow-up treatments
Dentures to restore her dental health and quality of life
In-home care and medical supplies needed for her recovery
Essential living expenses as she focuses on healing
Every little bit helps, whether it’s a donation, sharing this page, or keeping Haley in your thoughts and prayers. Haley has always been a fighter, and with your support, I know she can overcome this and return to being the incredible mother and grandmother she is.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity.
With gratitude,
The Edmunds Family
