Hi, my name is Victoria Rudiuk, and I am Ukrainian-American, with many family members living in Ukraine.

I am asking for help to support covering funeral costs and the long, dreadful process of grieving for my son's godfather's brother, who lost 4 members of his family after the Russian missile attack on Kyiv on the morning of July 31. One of the missiles hit a residential 9-story high apartment building, where Nataliia Haiova (his wife) was killed with her two sons, aged 17 and 22, and her brother. Their bodies were discovered under the rubble of this residential building in Kyiv’s Sviatoshynskyi district. They are survived by her husband/their father and 10-year-old son/brother. They were at home in the village that night.
