Never in a million years would I think I’d be writing this or even thought something like this could happen to me.

Due to unforeseen tragedy, Mika and I are asking for the support and prayers from our community.

On 4/6, we left to the grocery store and arrived home to a horrendous scene. Unfortunately due to an electronic malfunction our kitchen caught fire, our neighbors did not notice until it was too late. Our animals had passed due to Co2 poisoning and everything we owned was destroyed. It’s hard to fathom that this can happen in the course of an hour and as a freak accident. If you know us, you know how immense our love was for our animals, and although they are irreplaceable, we at least want our home back. We bought our condo only two years ago and renovated the entire unit to make it our own. Our hearts are broken and we are currently grieving the loss of not only our animals but our home too. We are asking our community to help us rebuild everything we have worked for. If you don’t have the means to donate we ask only for your prayers while we get through this storm.
