Help Hadeel and her family in Gaza!

My name is Alicja and I'm a designer from New Jersey who is fundraising on behalf of my friends Hadeel Moein Alyan Abu Youssef and Muhammad Khaled Hussein Al-Talaa and their 3 children Mirna (7), Khaled (4), and Salma (6 months, who was born in the middle of the genocide). Their home in Gaza was destroyed, and they are currently displaced in Nuseirat Refugee Camp.

The photo on the left is Khaled with his big sister Mirna before the genocide, and on the right is Salma.

The photographs below show their reality as they live in the midst of constant bombings. The violence is especially traumatic for young children, who will need counseling and support to process what they're being forced to live through.

Their situation is dire. Food is scarce and they are on the verge of starvation. At only 6 months, Salma is already suffering from malnutrition due to a lack of suitable milk, which the family does their best to supplement with vitamins. The second image shows the toll this is taking on her body.

Please help Hadeel and her family escape the war and famine and seek asylum in Egypt. Your donations will be used for basic necessities during this crisis as well as to register the family's evacuation from Gaza and rebuild their lives in Egypt. Every donation, no matter how small, helps!

The border fee service we will be using is Hala Consulting and Tourism, an Egyptian Company that has increased its fees since the start of the war, charging $5000 per adult and $2500 per child.
