Help Gwen Repair Her Car and Reunite with Dog

Hi! I'm Gwen, a female Navy Veteran who is having car issues and I REALLY need help to get it fixed and get back home to Michigan. I transported a dog to Washington DC, then headed back toward home through the Pennsylvania turnpike. The storm came in faster and harder than forecast, and I hit a patch of ice, spun, hit the cement median in the middle of the freeway and thankfully ended up facing the proper direction on the right side of the road. I am ok, but my car has a coolant leak at the top of the radiator. I have the highest deductible on my car insurance because in 38 years I've never been in an accident. So, if you can help me pay for the repairs, I would greatly appreciate it. I really miss my home and my dog!
