As friends of Gwen and JC , with their permission, we are starting this Go Fund Me page to help them Rebuild After the Devastating Hill Country Flood.

On the night of July 3rd, what began as a peaceful evening on the beautiful Guadalupe River turned into a nightmare. In the pitch-black darkness, our dear friends JC Curry (Sheryl) and Gwen Pickett clung to life inside their home as floodwaters from a 36+ foot wall of water surged through Hunt, TX—destroying everything in its path.

By morning, the devastation was clear: their riverside dream was shattered. Homes were gone. Roads were destroyed. And just a few miles downriver, their newly relocated business, Purple Pig Tees, was completely wiped out. A lifetime of work, equipment, inventory, and dreams, gone in minutes.

Just one week before the flood, JC and Gwen had relocated their beloved business from Austin to Hunt, TX, finally fulfilling a plan, years in the making. But the river had other plans.

Despite losing everything, JC and Gwen, true to who they are, have remained focused on helping others first.

But now, it's our turn to help them.

They didn’t have flood insurance coverage for the business due to policy wait periods, and aid is limited.

So, we’re asking for your support to help them rebuild what took over 33 years to create.

If you know Gwen and JC, you know they’d give you the shirts off their backs, and probably screen print something hilarious on it, too. These two incredible women have poured their hearts into their work, community, and everyone they meet. Now they need us.
