Help Gwen afford legal fees

My name is Gwen and I need your help. To make a long story short I moved to Oregon a year and a half ago based on plans that seemed solid, only for everything to fall apart shortly after arriving. I and my roommates were effectively homeless, living out of a motel until I could get started with work. During this period I fell behind on debt payments, all the while telling myself as soon as we got stable I would get caught back up. We’ve never really gotten stable. The last year has been plagued with issues, from illness to multiple car breakdowns that have routinely wiped any money I’ve had to put towards digging out of this deepening hole of debt. I am now faced with collection agencies and legal action and my only hope now is to file for bankruptcy. Unfortunately as we are barely making ends meet I do not have the money for the filing fee, $306 in Oregon. Anything help/ and is greatly appreciated, all I want is to get my life back on track and I need your help to do it. Thank you for your time.
