In late 2022, I was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. After undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and immune therapy, I was grateful to be declared cancer free. For two years, I worked hard to recover and manage the financial strain from my treatment, but I was hopeful and moving forward.

Earlier this year, my oncology doctor found a lesion and swelling in my brain, and believes the cancer has returned. I am scheduled for surgery at the end of the month, and the news has been overwhelming. I am still paying off medical bills from my first diagnosis, and now, with a limited income, the costs are piling up again. The funds raised will help cover medical bills, travel for treatment, vehicle maintenance, and any unforeseen expenses that come up during this difficult time.
