Help Gussie & Kelly Recover From Losing their home

Hi everyone, thank you for taking a moment out of your day to read this. On the night of Saturday, July 30th a reckless driver going beyond the speed limit, somehow ran up the curb, hit a fire hydrant off clean and made it go flying and then flew right into the house of Gussie & Kelly. They worked so hard to purchase this home and in an instant it is ruined because of a reckless driver. The driver's vehicle went through their living room wall, causing structural damage, making the home uninhabitable. They are unaware of the extent of all the damages and when they are going to be able to regain access to their home and their belongings. That means all the clothes, food, any valuables, things that the kids adored or found comfort in, their warm beds to sleep in, etc., will be unavailable to them until their home is structurally sound and rebuilt. Over the course of this time they will lose time at work, their family will be separated and disspursed at relatives homes until they are able to find housing, and will be dealing with the stress and financial burden from moving their lives around and finding housing where they are able to accommodate their two dogs as well.

This is all causing a lot of emotional distress as you could imagine having a vehicle go through your family living area where you spend your time together. By the grace of God they were not home and no one was hurt.

School is also around the corner, and we would love to help the kids adjust in any way we can- they are going to have to figure out where they will be staying, how their children are getting to school, get their school supplies etc in the midst of this unfortunate disaster. The situation is a complete stressful time for them and we want to try to lift their spirits in any way we can.
