Help Gus Heal: Support His ICU Recovery

Gus is currently on his 6th day in the ICU. Gus is a 6-year-old Tuxedo who had bladder crystals causing his urethra to block and suffered some known risks/complications that can occur during unblocking, but unfortunately require intensive care. Gus has been and will continue to remain in the ICU to obtain the intensive care he needs. This will allow his urethra to heal, with the possibility of needing a PolyUrostomy, a surgery to redirect his urethra so that this cannot happen again. This surgery will need to be performed by a specialty surgeon. This was Gus' first time having a urinary blockage, and he is otherwise a healthy, well-loved guy. He spends his days normally hanging out with his best dog friend Molly and seeking out any lap to sit on for a head pat or snuggle. Any help is appreciated and we are so very grateful for.
