Help My Cat Get Life-Saving Surgery

**UPDATE**

We were able to get in contact with a rescue that has helped Gus get his surgery. We brought him home yesterday and still needs a lot of follow up care and meds through this long recovery process.

My name is AudreyAnna, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit.

Over the past few months, my sweet cat Gus has been struggling with recurrent urinary blockages, a life-threatening condition that has already required multiple emergency vet visits and two hospital stays. Despite our best efforts and treatments, he now needs a specialized surgery (PU surgery) to prevent this from happening again.

So far, I’ve spent $3,127 on vet bills—doing everything I can to keep him stable and comfortable. But the cost of the next surgery and follow-up care is more than I can manage on my own right now.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to ask for help in giving Gus a real chance at a happy, healthy life. He’s not just a pet—he’s family. If you’ve ever loved an animal, you know how heartbreaking it is to see them in pain and feel helpless.
