**Just to be clear, all funds are going directly to Gus's foster who is caring for him currently. She has been a great friend and is Gus's biggest fan, so supporting her will mean a lot as she takes this on. Which was only out of her love for Gus!

Hi everyone, this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to ask for, but I’m reaching out for help to make sure my dog, Gus, is cared for and given the best chance at a happy future. Gus is a sweet, loving dog who deserves stability, safety, and a home where he can truly thrive. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I’m no longer able to provide the care he needs, and my top priority is ensuring he is responsibly and humanely rehomed.

The funds raised are going directly toward Gus's foster care, covering the costs involved in keeping Gus safe and comfortable during this transition, including fostering while a permanent home or rescue placement is secured, rehoming fees and adoption support, medical expenses like checkups, vaccinations, and any needed treatment, training support to help set him up for success in his next home, and dog essentials such as a bed, blanket, leash, ID tags, food, treats, and toys.
