Hi, my name is Stacey and I am creating this fundraiser for my friend Justine and her dog Gus. On Jan 24 at approximately 5pm, while Justine and I were walking our dogs in Shubie Park, her dog Gus was viciously attacked by a dog and critically injured. He had extensive sensitive surgery and will require several more follow up appointments as well as a possible second surgery. The owner of the attacking dog provided us with false contact information and therefore is taking no responsibility for his dogs actions. Not only was Gus injured, but so was Justine in the process of saving her dogs life. Please help take a little of this burden off of her so she can focus on Gus’ healing and rehabilitation.
