Help Gunner Get Urgent Medical Care

Gunner, my first ever cat, is only 7 years old and has always been happy and healthy. So when we noticed he had lost some weight and was a bit lethargic, we got worried and took him to the vet. The results of his blood work have been concerning. His red blood cell and platelet counts are decreased, and his lymphocytes (white blood cells) are increased. He also continues to lose weight despite being fed more. His vet is concerned about a spleen abnormality or possible cancer.

The starting amount of this fundraiser is to cover the cost of an ultrasound to look at his spleen. If his spleen is enlarged, he'll need surgery to have it removed. If it's normal, the vet recommends more testing to look for cancer. The fundraiser will be updated as we learn more.
