Help Save Gunner: Our Gentle Giant's Fight Against Lymphoma

Hi everyone,

My name is Sarah, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for someone very special—my 7-year-old Great Dane, Gunner.

Gunner isn’t just a pet—he's my best friend, my protector, and the soul of our home. If you've ever been lucky enough to meet him, you know he’s more than just a dog. He’s a gentle giant with an even bigger heart, who’s brought comfort, joy, and laughter into our lives every single day.

Recently, Gunner was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma, a devastating and aggressive cancer. Hearing those words felt like the ground fell out from under me. The prognosis is serious—but there is hope.

Our veterinary oncologist has recommended a chemotherapy protocol that could give Gunner a real chance—not just at more time, but at good quality time: more tail wags, more couch cuddles, more days to feel the sunshine on his face and know he’s loved beyond measure.

Unfortunately, the cost of treatment is overwhelming. Between diagnostic tests, medications, chemotherapy sessions, and follow-up care, we’re facing estimated expenses of $6,000 to $8,000. As much as I wish I could shoulder this alone, I simply can’t do it without help.
