Help Gunner Fight Auto Immune Anemia
Donation protected
Gunner, our beloved five-year-old Chihuahua, has been a constant source of joy and companionship in our lives. Despite his small size, Gunner has shown immense strength and resilience, having undergone three surgeries for bladder stones in his short life, costing us over $20k. His cheerful demeanor and love for everyone he meets have always been his defining traits, earning him compliments for being such a well-behaved and loving dog.
Recently, Gunner fell ill and was misdiagnosed by his primary vet. After a visit to an emergency vet, he was diagnosed with anemia and required a blood transfusion. The doctor said this was an autoimmune condition that usually required multiple transfusions. While his condition improved after his first transfusion, it has since deteriorated, and he now needs to be transferred to a specialty hospital for further treatment. Gunner has been hospitalized for two days, and his journey to recovery may require more time and specialized care.
We are raising funds to cover Gunner's medical bills, hospital stays, and the long-term specialist care he will need if he pulls through this challenging time. Your support will help us provide Gunner with the best possible care and give him the fighting chance he deserves. Thank you for considering helping our little fighter, Gunner.
