Help Gunar's Dream Baseball Trip Come True

Hello, my name is Brian Scott and I’m a single dad of 3 boys living in Kansas City, MO. I’m attempting to raise funds for my youngest son, Gunar Scott (age 12) so he can attend an exciting Youth Baseball tournament in Cooperstown, NY. The dates of the Tournament are July 12-18th, so a lot of games will be played. This Tournament is part of a once In a life time trip and tournament in the same city as the MLB Hall of Fame.

Also as part of this life time event will be a stop in the great city of New York a few days before his first tournament game on July 9-12th. Gunar and I will hopefully attend a Yankees game, site see, and try some of the local food. Gunar and I have never been to NY let alone anywhere in the north east so this should be a fun experience. Once this part of the trip is over we will make the drive to Cooperstown.

Gunar Plays for a team called Engaged Athletics Eickman, which is a U12 tournament team located in Riverside, MO. Gunar loves and is extremely passionate about the game of baseball. He enjoys his teamates and really appreciates all of his volunteer coaches. Gunar has played with this affiliate for 3 years. He has played for his Coach, Ryan Eickman for 5 years and has played baseball all the way back to when he was 6 years old.

Being a single dad has been rewarding and difficult at the same time. Gunars Mother passed away when he was the age of 1, leaving me with a lot of responsibility. I have been raising Gunar and his 2 brothers the best I can. Making them feel happy, enjoying life and being successful is my main job. I’m hoping that baseball will be in Gunars future in high school, college and beyond.

Unfortunately this trip is very expensive and is going to require me to take a lot of time away from the jobs I make a living at. Money is tight but I would like to give my son a time he will never forget. This is the first time attempting this application and I hope I get some assistance. Below are the things I need help with
