The owner of a Chinese restaurant making his final food delivery of the night was fatally shot in the face while in his car with his wife early Thursday 7/26. Rui Zhou, 29, of Paterson NJ, was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of his Toyota Highlander. Zhou was pronounced dead at St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson. He is survived by his wife and two young children. All donations will go directly to victim’s family.
