help Guillermo get back on his feet

hello friends, family, and neighbors. I’m reaching out to you all to help my brother in his time of need.  Back in January our family was hit with an extreme hardship and the member that got it the worst was my brother Guillermo. He tested positive for covid 19 and was admitted to the ICU at Kaiser Los Angeles. His health quickly declined from testing positive with covid pneumonia and being placed on a ventilator, to two major organ failures, one being his lungs and the other being his kidneys. As a result of how fast he was declining and the ventilator breathing for him 100%, he suffered a mild heat attack and went through many complications. Eventually the talk of “unplugging him” found its way to me more than once from two out of the three doctors that were assisting him in the ICU. In reality, These doctors had given up on him because of how bad he was, saying there was no hope for my brother. I was also told that since this pandemic started , there had only been one person that actually lived to tell the tale and walked out of that ICU alive and it is most likely Guillermo will pass because of all the odd against him. Well through the grace of god, With prayer,  and unity from countless friends and family, Guillermo was now the second person to come out of that ICU alive. He went through a surgical procedure called a Tracheotomy to allow air to get to his lungs , still with a ventilator but now he wouldn’t be so open to infections because there would no longer be a tube down his mouth. This trach was only temporary and was expected to be something Guillermo was going to have to deal with or work with for about a year because of how severe his lungs are. To the surprise of the doctors, the trach was removed and no longer needed in less than a month!  God is good and has shown it through the miracle of what Guillermo has gone through. And now Guillermo has reached a point where he is on his way to recovery. He made it out of the hospital and is currently at a rehabilitation center which is amazing news!

But now we come to the point where its time to pay bills such as medical bills and living expenses (rent, gas, light, phone, car note..etc)  that , because of his absence , piled up since January and now must be taken care of.  I humbly ask you to please help me help my brother with these medical bills to allow him the chance to have a not so stressful recovery. He has already gone through so much , mentally and physically. The last thing anyone needs is to worry about current and upcoming medical bills and living expenses when they just had the fight of their life.
