Help Gui earn back his tuition money

Hello! My name is Gui and I’m currently working, studying, and living in Dundee, Scotland trying to get a degree in English & Creative Writing at UoD.
I’ve built an independent life here, away from home (Brazil, where I’m from originally!) and I’ve gotten to fully express my identity and find people that I love and share many important experiences with.
Unfortunately, being from a low-income background, tuition was always hard to pay off— but we always made it work! That was until the pandemic made Brazil’s economy unviable, and a lot of the money we had for my education is now worth a third of what it once was.
In February of last year, my grandmother passed away and left the money from the sale of her house for me to pay off my tuition, but unfortunately those funds are unobtainable right now. My mother, who has always been emotionally and physically abusive towards me is withholding funds promised to me.
She is unmedicated and untreated for various mental illnesses which make her fabricate different realities where she self-diagnoses herself with serious and fatal diseases.
Unfortunately, because of her ability to manipulate, she has fed lies about me to the people around her about the situation. She has always made me feel unsafe; either through verbal abuse because of my gender identity/sexuality or through physical abuse. Right now, she is making me feel unsafe while being more than 7000 kilometers away.
Right now, I am at risk of being sent back home without an education, support system, friends or work because of a stressful situation outside of my control.
I am in my 3rd year of Uni and I have one more before I could get my degree. Any help would go directly towards funding my tuition payments.
