Sunday around mid day, one of the most active volcanos of central america  errupted with ash and lava destoying my homeland Guatemala.  30 miles southwest of Guatemala city. 62-70 people have died during this tragedy and thousands are still missing. 3,200 people had to leave everything they had behind to evacuate. Families have absolutely nothing but the clothes they ran with. Hearing the news, and seeing the pictures online, breaks my heart as this hits home for me. Guatemala is a beautiful country with beautiful people and they need our help. Living thousands of miles away, the least i can do is start a gofundme page. I ask all my friends and family around me to share this and to help me raise money to help the people in need. My goal will be to use the money wisely to buy clothes, get materials they need, and have my close reliable family in Guatemala help me buy water and food to be dropped off at hospitals and locations where they need help. The least we can all do is to help. From 1 dollar to 5 dollars, anything helps. Please think of all those innocent families, kids, babies that have nothing left. As emotional as this hits my heart, we must be strong and pray for Guatemala city.
