Help Gu Reach His Goals

My name is Michelle DeAngelis and I am making this GoFundMe on behalf of Luiz Gustavo Madubuike. This past year, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Luiz (or as we call him, Gu), whom I now consider to be one of my best friends. Gu was recently offered a company contract to dance professionally with First State Ballet in Delaware. Being from Brazil, he needs to renew his O1 visa in order to legally work in the United States. Unfortunately, obtaining a visa requires hiring an immigration lawyer which can range from $5,000 to $8,000. Unable to save money this past year as he sends all that he can to his family in Brazil, Gu is in desperate need for the finances to hire a proper immigration lawyer. If you’ve ever met him, you’ll know that he is not only an extraordinary person but also a very talented dancer who is very passionate about what he does. He brings joy to every room he walks in and always shows compassion for others. Gu deserves more than anything to have his goals and career be fulfilled.
