Hi, my name is Sean, and I’ve started this GoFundMe to support my close friend Brent though many of you may know him as “your dad” Groundeffected.

Brent has recently received notice that his tenancy is being terminated, giving him just two months to find a new home. As anyone familiar with the UK housing market knows, this is incredibly short notice especially in today’s challenging rental climate.

Despite being a reliable tenant who always pays rent on time and running his own business, Brent is facing major barriers as a self-employed individual. Many landlords now require six months of rent in advance plus a deposit, simply to consider an application. This creates an enormous and urgent financial burden for Brent and his family.

i decided to make this gofundme without Brent’s asking because I know many of us would like to help to raise the funds needed to secure a new place to live somewhere safe and stable for Brent and his loved ones.
