Our beloved chef, Griselda, has recently embarked on a brave journey in her fight against cancer. Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing Griselda understands the profound warmth and vitality she brings—not just to every dish she crafts but to every one of us here at LUSH. Her presence, her dedication, her soulful touch in the kitchen have left an indelible mark on our hearts and on our plates.
