Hello friends and family, we are asking for any assistance to help Griselda fight her recent diagnosis of autoimmune disease that is currently attacking her kidneys. Griselda, known as "Gracie," is a mother of three, who are her pride and joy. Gracie has been hospitalized at Medical City Plano since June 1 for acute kidney failure. Her recent treatment has involved chemotherapy in hopes of slowing her immune system from completely immobilizing her kidneys. In addition, doctors are working to determine the best form of treatment that can provide relief in her weakened state. Unfortunately, there is no timetable for permanent release, and potential dialysis and kidney transplants may be the next steps in treatment.

 

Gracie is known to all as strong, independent, and caring. She loves laughing and spending time with her children and husband, Jorge Sr. This time has been especially hard for her children and family. Gracie's passion for helping others and showing compassion was also evident at work. Unfortunately, she has had to take disability leave due to her condition.

 

Any donated funds will go to covering her medical and hospital bills. We are hopeful with the continued support and care from doctors, Griselda can reverse the kidney damage and return home healthy.


Hola amigos y familiares, estamos pidiendo ayuda para ayudar a Griselda a combatir su reciente diagnóstico de enfermedad autoinmune que actualmente está atacando sus riñones. Griselda, conocida como "Gracie", es madre de tres hijos, quienes son su orgullo y alegría. Gracie ha estado hospitalizada en Medical City Plano desde el 1 de junio por insuficiencia renal aguda. La pasión de Gracie por ayudar a los demás y mostrar compasión también fue evidente en el trabajo. Desafortunadamente, ha tenido que tomar una licencia por incapacidad debido a su condición.
