Help a grieving couple start over after the loss of their newborn, relocate to Florida, and get to Bible College

   

When people asked us a few short months ago if we needed absolutely anything at all, the answer was no. We were about to welcome our first child into the world, and couldn’t have been more excited or prepared…

 

As most of you know, our son, Obadiah Graham Bowser, passed away unexpectedly a couple hours after being born, and in a moment, our whole world changed.

 

Many people reached out in the immediate aftermath asking if we needed anything, or if there was any way they could help us.

 

After a time of serious prayerful consideration, we have an answer.

 

Corey has been accepted into the 4 year Bachelor of Theology program at Reformation Bible College in Sanford, Florida starting in the Spring semester this January.

 

We are asking for help in two areas:

1.) continual prayer as we make this transition

2.) any financial help you may feel led to give

 

The college would love nothing more than to have Corey there for the start of the semester, and we would love nothing more than to make this transition as smoothly as possible.

 

The Bible College gives everybody accepted 20k off tuition a year, through their donors, leaving the remaining cost of 8 thousand dollars per year.

We feel with all certainty the leading of God to move to Florida for a time to heal, start our next chapter, and hopefully continue to build our family.

We are asking for financial help to cover moving expenses, and the securing of a place to live.

We know we can get jobs, and both plan to work as soon as we get down there. Priscilla even has multiple dental offices that she’s interviewed with, that have asked her to call them when we get down there, so they can offer her a job.

 

With that said, we have received advice from close family and friends, who’ve suggested that it would be better if we could take a month to get settled after moving, before getting to work.

 

Any additional money after the cost of moving, and securing a place to live will go towards the cost of covering that first month.

 

Any finances after that would go towards the cost of Bible College next year and the remaining years.

As we mentioned before, a few months ago, our plan was to raise our baby boy, continue to build our family, and keep life on the trajectory it was going.

 

But EVERYTHING has changed for us.

 

We now know, without a shadow of a doubt, that this is our next move. We are humbly asking for you to help us, as we try to move forward, and walk out the path the Lord has set before us.
