Help Greg's Stroke Recovery

Hi my name is Josh. My brother in law recently had a massive stroke that has left him hospitalized. His right side is currently paralyzed, with a piece of his skull removed due to the amount of swelling. Doctors, while trying to helpful, do not know what this means for his future as of yet. He was the main beard winner of my sister's family and while she is trying her best to keep their family afloat. She needs help in providing for their home and his medical care.
