Hi I'm Greg of TNT Eats . I have been running a BBQ trailer here in Mankato ,MN . I have been running this smoking and grilling trailer for about 3 half yrs. With this trailer I started by myself . I have been able to help many of nonprofit organizations . By donating  my time and goods. By doing a restaurant start-up . This will help me to be able to help more nonprofit organization . The funds raised in the effort will go toward the start up cost of the restaurant . So I can hire more staff and be able to purchase more equipment and be able to get a brick and mortar. I am looking to be able to start on this restaurant quickly (4 to 6 months ). By supporting me in this new adventure  will not only help me, but the community . We all know in these time and day we all could use a little help. So with this restaurant I feel I can help do my part. A little about TNT EATS :  I have been doing BBQ for around 30plus yrs. I'm Originally from Kansas City, MO. We are an old fashion BBQ  joint . We cook with all wood. We will be a time release BBQ. That means we only cook enough for that day. So when we run out we are out. This is so we maintain our quality, and we start a new grilling/smoking for the next day of business. TNT Eats : most of our grilling smoking and side dishes made from scratch. We are all about customer service.  We strive hard to make sure you the customer are number one.  So any  donations will be very much appreciated . I don't usually don't ask for help.
