Hi, my name is Zachary Smith. Greg is a close friend of the family—we grew up together around the same neighborhood in Ft. Myers, Florida. Although I’m organizing this fundraiser, it represents the love and support of everyone close to Greg. This is not about me—it’s about helping a friend who has always been there for others.

Greg has been a great friend to many, always generous & uplifting. Now, he and his family are facing an incredibly difficult time and we’re coming together to help them rebuild.

Why We Need Your Help

Shipping these items isn’t as simple as mailing a package in the US. We’ll need to cover:

• Shipping costs

• Packaging

• Customs and duties

• Import entry forms

• Equipment

• Taxes

• Insurance

• The items themselves

To ensure everything arrives safely and can be claimed, we must maintain a detailed itemized list with receipts. When Greg receives the shipment at the Port in Kingston, he’ll need to present this list and pay taxes on each item before clearance.

Because of these requirements, we cannot accept drop-off donations. The process after purchasing everything and getting it to Miami may take 1.5 to 4 weeks, depending on factors beyond our control.
