Our maintenance supervisor, Greg Mendoza, along with his wife and children, have been displaced by the Eaton Fire. Greg and his family evacuated their Altadena home last night, 1/7/2025. When they returned the next morning, their home was gone. In a matter of moments, years of hard work, memories, and cherished belongings, were reduced to ashes.

Greg has been the heart of Berkshire K2LA for the last 5 years. He does a wonderful job of ensuring our residents feel safe and secure in their homes. Now, we want to help Greg have a home where he and his family feel safe and secure.
