We recently discovered—without any warning or notice—that Silver RV Park is building an RV park right in the middle of our residential community. Even more concerning, this project is being built directly on nine recently capped oil wells. Despite the risks, the project has been exempted from CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act), which means no environmental review was conducted to determine if this land is truly safe for habitation.

This is not just about one development—it’s about the health, safety, and future of our families and our neighborhood. We believe our community deserves transparency, environmental protections, and a say in what happens on our own streets.
