Help Greeley Titans Compete in Las Vegas

My name is Mat Roybal and I am the head coach and program director of the Greeley Titans Basketball Club. For the past 3 years, we have built a program that has been growing at a fast pace to give athletes in Greeley a platform. Greeley has amazing basketball talent but not many places to showcase it outside of school. We are the club that hosts “tryouts” every season but never cuts kids and never turns anyone away. As long as someone wants to learn and grow as an athlete and young adult, they have a spot in our club.

As we’ve gotten to know a lot of our players' backgrounds, we learn that a lot of them come from less fortunate situations, some broken families, some just needing somewhere to be and something to be a part of. That’s where we come in and try to provide for them. We’ve got the talent that every other big basketball program has, but what we lack is resources and funds from big sponsors. As we continue to grow and search for sponsors, one of the biggest goals of mine was to get these guys who work so hard day in and day out, on a bigger platform. One of those is to be able to play in an out-of-state tournament, that so many of the programs that we compete against and defeat time and time again, are able to do. So this year we’ve decided to make that decision, we will be playing in the 365 Grassroots National Basketball Tournament in Las Vegas, NV. These are “just a bunch of Greeley kids” who deserve this and so much more. Help us in helping them make this happen! Anything is greatly appreciated and will help make a huge impact in the lives of our youth athletes here in Greeley.
