Help Great-Grandma Move to a Safe Home

I'm a 70-year-old great-grandma trying to move into a brand new apartment with a roommate!

The house where I have been living is an older house, probably built in the 1960s. The electrical wiring is bad and needs new wiring and a new circuit box. Plus, there is a rat problem. It was shared housing with 5 other ladies; we all had our own rooms, though.

My problem is that I need some financial help to get moved and qualify. My main problem is paying late car registration and moving expenses. So if you have a bit of extra cash you would like to help me out with, it would be greatly appreciated.
